Auditron is a product of Avant Insights Private Limited. By accessing or using the Website and the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

• Company means Avant Insights Private Limited, the operator of Auditron.
• Services means the Auditron audit management platform, including the mobile application, web dashboard, APIs, and related offerings.
• User Account means the account you create to access the Services.
• User or you means any person who accesses or uses the Website or the Services.
• Website means auditron.in and any associated subdomains.

2. Introduction

These Terms of Service together with the Privacy Policy form a binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not access or use the Website or Services.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Registration

Access to the Services may require creating a User Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain and promptly update your information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Services

Auditron provides a subscription-based audit management platform for asset verification and inventory audits, including offline-capable mobile tools and administrative dashboards. We may modify, update, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; the Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

6. Consideration

Access to paid features of the Services requires payment of applicable fees as communicated at the time of purchase or subscription. Unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement, fees are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are governed by the refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

7. Content

All content made available through the Services — including text, graphics, software, and other materials — is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of such content.

8. Content Supplied by You

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have all rights required to submit that content.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers (for example, cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics, communication tools). Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of any third-party service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. You waive all rights in this regard and confirm that the Company shall not be held liable for any non-performance or unavailability of the Services.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all related software, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services except the limited right to use them as expressly permitted.

If you believe that content available on the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice to legal-auditron@avantinsights.com with sufficient details to identify the material and the claimed infringement.

12. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

13. General

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Amendments: The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted to the Website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form or subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services.
